The department is headed by the Senior Partner – Dispute Resolution who is well trained, skilled and experienced as an Arbitrator FCIArb, Mediator CPM and ADR/AJS Practitioner. The Managing Partner is also a Certified Professional Mediator. Alternative Dispute Resolution is a mechanism to resolve disputes outside the formal court systems. It has gained traction after the entrenchment in the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and the Judiciary has fully embraced the same thus the roll out of the Court Annexed Mediation Project.
